Welcome to the co-working space at Miva Open University. By using our facilities, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Hours of Operation

Our co-working space is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, unless otherwise stated. After-hours access is only available to authorised users.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made in advance via our website or at the front desk. (?)
  • Payment must be made in full before access is granted.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

3. Conduct and Use of Space

  • Respect others by keeping noise to a minimum
  • Use designated areas for phone calls and meetings
  • Do not damage or remove furniture, equipment or property
  • Illegal, disruptive or offensive behaviours will not be tolerated

4. Internet and Utilities

  • Free WIFI provided for work related use only
  • Printing services are available for a fee; please ask at the front desk for assistance.

5. Security & Personal Belongings

  • Keep your belongings safe. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  • CCTV cameras are in operation for safety and monitoring.

6. Cleanliness & Maintenance

  • Please keep your work area tidy and clean up after yourself.
  • Dispose of trash properly using the bins provided.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the front desk promptly

7. Food & Drink

  • Light snacks and beverages are permitted at the workspace
  • Snacks and drinks are available for purchase at the rooftop lounge.
  • Alcoholic beverages are prohibited

8. Policy Changes & Termination

  • We reserve the right to make changes to these terms or deny access to any individual violating them.
  • Repeated violations may lead to permanent suspension from the facility.

9. Liability Waiver

By using our space, you agree to release Miva Open University from liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur while on the premises.
