About the Speakers:

Oladipo Olugbemi is a passionate Human Resource Management Practitioner with over 13 years of experience. He has detailed knowledge and understanding of HR functions including but not limited to Performance Management/Analytics, Talent Management, Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, On-boarding & Induction, and HR Business Partnering. 

Oladipo’s career journey has taken him through reputable organizations like Globacom Nigeria Ltd., United Bank for Africa Plc, Lagoon Hospitals, Iwosan Investments Limited, and now the uLesson group where he currently works as Group Vice President, People & Culture.

Oladipo holds a Master’s degree in Employee Relations & Human Resources Management from the University of Lagos. He also has a first degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the same University. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRi) from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and a certified member of the Project Management Institute.

Prof. Olufemi Adesope is a Professor of Agricultural Extension at the University of Port Harcourt. He is a seasoned researcher in the field of Agriculture and an astute scholar.  Prof. Olufemi is currently enrolled at Miva Open University as a first-year student of Data Science which is an additional degree and a room to try the waters in the tech world.

Amanda Gana is a final-year student studying Statistics at the University of Jos. She has a passion for mathematics and numbers in general. Amanda Gana is currently enrolled at Miva Open University as a first-year student of Data Science in the School of Computing which she is currently studying as an additional degree and an opportunity to dive deeper into the tech and statistical world firsthand.
